◆Overtime permit from Local Labor Authority

當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)部門批準(zhǔn)的加班批文

◆Fire Drill Records/First Aid Training Certificates

消防演習(xí)記錄/急救員證書

◆Social insurance invoice (3 months)

購買社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的收據(jù)（三個(gè)月）

◆Local Minimum Wage Standards

◆Fire department current inspection certificate

消防局頒發(fā)的消防驗(yàn)收證書

◆Waiver from the social insurance bureau exempts the factory fro mcertain social insurance scheme.

社保局證明廠方已按當(dāng)?shù)匾筚徺I社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的批文

◆Factory rules and the regulation about benefit such as annual leave and maternity leave etc.

廠規(guī)及有關(guān)福利的規(guī)定：年假，產(chǎn)假等等

◆Health check records for young workers and/or workers performing hazardous jobs(If any)

員工體檢報(bào)告（如果有未成年工或從事有毒物品作業(yè)的成年）

◆Work-related injury records (If any)

員工工傷意外記錄

◆Hygiene certificate of factory kitchen

廚房衛(wèi)生許可證

◆Special appliance registration certificates (e.g. cargo lifts, boilers and fork lifts etc )
